Amazon Marketplace ("used and new" prices): generally the lowest price. Apparently, up to 70% of online book sales happen here.
Alibris: b/c they have volume shipping (unlike Amazon marketplace), check Alibris if you're buying more than one copy.
TIP #1: the prices on a seller's own site are often lower than their other-venue (eg, Amazon marketplace) prices, so when you think you've found the lowest price for a book, look for clues in the seller's name to find their site; and check the price there as well.
TIP #2: avoid Amazon sellers whose feedback rating is below 90%. A low rating usually reflects poor fulfillment rates, slow shipping, and/or bad customer service.
